Onyx M-16 Manual Belt Pack PFD

The Onyx M-16 Manual Belt Pack PFD has a unique design perfect for kayak anglers and other paddle sport enthusiasts because it does not restrict any type of arm movement. The 1″ buckle and body belt provide the wearer with an extremely low-profile flotation device. This belt is manual only and inflates when the wearer pulls the “Pull to Inflate” handle. The CO2 cartridge that inflates the belt will provide 17 lbs. of buoyancy, and then the oral inflation tube can be used to increase that all the way up to 26.5 lbs. of buoyancy when fully inflated. This belt is made for anyone 16 years of age and older and weighing over 80 pounds. Since this is a manual only inflation flotation device it is not recommended for non-swimmers or weak swimmers. This is a U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type V Life Jacket / Personal Flotation Device (PFD) with Type III Performance. The universal size of this belt allows it to fit waists up to 52″ and chests 30″ – 52″.
